Sadly, diabetes has become so prevalent in our times that it is termed as a “lifestyle” disease. Though diabetes is not fatal in itself, it is the underlying cause of severe complications which ultimately result in death. Hence awareness about the disease is vital for managing and controlling it.
Some people say that diabetes reversal is not possible. However, it is possible for a diabetic to lead a productive life if the disease is properly managed. The main areas of proper management are obviously diet and exercise. Intake of a proper nutritious diet is as important as proper exercise. Since the body is unable to produce insulin or properly utilize insulin depending on the type of diabetes, the onus is upon the individual to help the body manage its sugar levels. Something that was happening automatically in the body has now become dependent on manual intervention. That’s why unless utmost care is not taken, things can become worse very fast.
Man has not been able to find a solution for diabetes reversal either through medicine or alternative remedies. Therefore till such time that a cure is found, the best way is to control and manage it properly. This site will try and explore both alternative remedies and diet and exercise tips, which can be helpful for the management and control of this disease.
You can also subscribe to our free newsletter which gives you a new diabetes reversal tip every week.
